I. Product Delivery
MFerraz undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form, provided it is located in the Territory.
MFerraz is not responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address informed by the Customer and/or User in the order form does not exist, does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
MFerraz informs the Customer that it is possible for the same order to be divided into several deliveries.
At MFerraz we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Delivery time will generally depend on the dimensions and characteristics of the product purchased and the postal code of destination.
In cases where the delivery period is longer, we will inform you promptly, as there are products that, due to their characteristics, are stored in the warehouses of our suppliers and, depending on availability, the product may take longer to be delivered.
On the day the order preparation is completed, MFerraz will notify the Customer and/or User by email or SMS sent to the last address provided for this purpose by the Customer and/or User, confirming the departure of the Product(s) . s) from our warehouses.
These deadlines are average deadlines and, therefore, are only an estimate and not a guarantee of compliance, since delivery is made through courier companies outside MFerraz hired for this purpose by MFerraz. Therefore, it is possible that the deadlines vary for logistical reasons or fortuitous event or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, MFerraz will inform the Customer and/or User of the situation, as soon as it becomes aware.
Each delivery is considered carried out from the moment the carrier makes the Product available to the Customer and/or User at the address indicated by the latter at the time of making the purchase, which is materialized through the control system used. contracted transport company.
In the event of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to MFerraz, the Customer may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Return" Section of these UCs. Delivery delays will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the Customer by the carrier within the agreed period and the order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer and/or User.
IMPORTANT: The delivery period starts from the next business day after confirmation of payment for your order, which may not necessarily be the day you generated your order.
III. Delivery data, missed deliveries and loss
In the same email in which the Customer and/or User is informed that the Product has left MFerraz's warehouses, the shipping number for tracking and the customer service number of the carrier responsible for the delivery is provided, so that, in the event of any delivery incident, the Customer and/or User may contact said company to resolve it.
If at the time of delivery the Customer and/or user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. MFerraz contracts, as part of the mail delivery service, to perform three delivery attempts, in order to ensure that delivery takes place.
If after 7 (seven) business days after delivery of the order, delivery of the order has not been provided, the Customer and/or User must contact MFerraz. If the Customer and/or User fails to do so, 10 (ten) business days have elapsed since the order was sent for distribution, it will be returned to MFerraz's warehouses and the Customer and/or User shall bear the costs of shipping and returning the merchandise to the warehouse.
In the event of any problem with shipping, MFerraz will provide timely tracking of the order until it is delivered in optimal condition.
If the reason the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, our carriers' response times normally vary between one and three weeks.
4. due diligence in delivery
The Customer and/or User, under their sole responsibility, must verify the good condition of the package with the carrier that, on behalf of MFerraz, delivers the requested Product(s), indicating on the delivery receipt any anomaly that can be detected in its packaging. If, after reviewing the Product, the Customer and/or User detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of opening or any damage caused to the Product by the shipment, the latter undertakes to notify MFerraz by email within 48 (forty and eight) hours after delivery.
If you received the wrong product or if it was damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service center so that we can support you in exchanging or returning and refunding your product. You have up to 48 (forty-eight) hours after delivery to notify us of the fact, otherwise we will not be able to help you resolve the issue.
IMPORTANT: If the customer requests support from the operator for any transfer and/or installation of the product, MFerraz is not responsible. The parcel is not responsible for damage to the products during the maneuver and this does not include installation. The package is not responsible for the package once it has been delivered to the indicated address.
V. Shipping cost
